The launching of the most awaited bar on the Alabang-Zapote area is bound to happen. The unveiling of SITCOM Live! Comedy Bar (corner Dona Manuela Avenue, Las Pinas City beside RFC) is set on Thursday, November 29, 2001 at 6pm.

The owners of SITCOM Live! Comedy Bar believes in the adage, "laughter is the best medicine". The very reason they decided to put up an entertainment bar in the vicinity to give those tired and restless souls at night that haven.

Good food and live entertainment at its best is what SITCOM Live Comedy Bar would like their guests to enjoy.

Why the name?

According to the owners, they surveyed most of the now famous bars in the metropolis and they found out that those with only two syllables are the ones that do click these days. So the thought of something.

And they came up with that idea of what's happening in the 'sitcoms' that we see in our boobtubes. And they thought, it wouldn't be impossible to see those 'situational comedies' we view on TV come out LIVE on stage. The jokes that we hear and see being done on TV are the same jokes that we hear first on the 'comic arena'. And on live stage, there's enough room for more of these jokes that you can't see nor hear on TV.

There is definitely so much 'comic acts' that you would see on SITCOM Live! Comedy Bar because the RAGING DIVAS will perform live at the launching. And where the special guest to cut the ceremonial ribbon at the blessing is no less than the Honorable Mayor Meme Aguilar together with celebrities from tinseltown.

DJ Nelson will provide the kind of music that would suit the taste of all guests. And a 'special treat' will be provided by no less than the Library talents, FATLUCK (Eva, La Bacci and MAria), Al Arayata, Phillip Lazaro, Hans Mortel and the whole caboodle.

Consultant Andrew de Real (himself a sing-along bar owner of The Library) will let everyone in on the most outrageous unveiling ever to be held on that part of the metropolis.

This is the newest place to be! An entertainment bar and resaurant complete with the amenities of a hotel. Ample parking lot. And state-of-the-art design.

And the list on the menu is impeccable. Try the chef's recommendation: Chicken Piccata (breaded chicken breast with pasta in creamy sauce). Rally Yum!
